How do you get any loan with horrible credit and negative checking account…i boggled…need help?

the story is that i need cash fast to make a payment on my vehicle, to pay my credit cards min payment, and car insurance. The only thing is that i am negative 475 dollars in my checking account with wells fargo. I tried getting a payday loan but cant get one because my account is negative. I tried prosper.com, and they too wont accept you to borrow for the same reason. What is a person to do? Anyone have any suggestions? My check was negative earlier in the month too, my check from my job has direct deposit and was deposited before i could stop it, and it didnt really dent the negative balance because i had a direct advance of 500 dollars. i didnt plan on being in a negative status. i need suggestions.

You have a very difficult situation, but keep your cool. For what it is worth, here are some ideas:

1. Ask your employer to stop the direct debit for your next pay check.
2. You are going to need to some cash, so you don’t lose your car. Payday loans are a big rip off, so I would first ask your family. Then your friends. Set up a plan to pay them back.
3. Pay your car loan and car insurance first. The bank and the credit cards are going to charge you additional fees, but at least you can keep your car.
4. Sell stuff for cash (computer, TV, etc.).
5. Sounds like you need a 2nd job or more hours to make ends meet. In the short term, ask to cut the neighbors lawn, or other work to make a few bucks.
6. Reduce your expenses until you get back in the black. Cancel phone features, cable, walk where possible.

Payday loans have horrible interest rates, and you will spend your life paying them back. They are so bad that the state of Arkansas has shut them down and made them illegal.

I’d try a credit union instead but I am not in Dallas and cannot recommend one. I am just trying to steer you far away from payday loan places.

where can i get a loan to pay my rent that is not a payday loan?

I live in northwest indiana lake county and I really need assistance to pay my rent. I contacted the local agencies the provide rental assistance and I was told that they were all out of rental assistance funding.
