I have a Payday Loan/Cash Advance that I didn’t pay back now its on my credit report. 1st question is can they do that?? I have recently received some papers in a mail stating that these types of companies are currently in a Class Action Lawsuit. 2nd question…If the case goes in our favor..can I get this taken off my credit report?

un-cashed paycheck, am I out this money?
So I found a check that I thought I had lost from September 19th of this year. It is a $75.00 check so I would like to cash it as soon as possible. There is also no date in which it had to be cashed by on the check.
The problem is however, that the bar it was issued from is trying to sell. All of the locations are on the market, but the one I worked at was a summer establishment so it closed the end of September.

I need help with a career move?
